Return Policy

RETURN POLICY AND PROCEDURE

Many manufacturers offer additional factory coverage. With regard to such, you should contact the manufacturer of your item directly for information regarding eligibility and specific Terms and Conditions. We gladly accept returns within 30 calendar days of your purchase date LESS SHIPPING CHARGES. Shipping and handling cannot be reimbursed, so please be aware that if you purchased a product that had "Free Shipping" or "Discount Shipping", our shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your return refund. Returns after 30 calendar days and up to 60 calendar days from original date of purchase will include a 35% restocking fee. We DO NOT accept returns after 60 calendar days of your purchase date.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER

Any item returned without a Return Authorization Number (RA) will delay any return progress. Products returned to our store address will be refused, you will receive an address to send your return. Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Authorization Number (RA). Unless otherwise specified in the item listing on our website or in our Return policy, you may request a Return Authorization Number (RA) within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date. RA numbers expire after 15 days, but we encourage you to return the product as soon possible. Any return we receive without a valid RA number will be documented and rejected or subject to a restocking charge at FoodSealerShop.com's sole discretion. To request a RA you must contact us by email to ensure an accurate record of your request has been received.

GENERAL GUIDELINES

To qualify for a return, all products require a Return Authorization (RA) Number prior to being returned, must be 100% complete, in the same condition as when sold, and in the original packaging as provided by the manufacturer. All packing materials, copy of purchase invoice/receipt, a brief letter of explanation, product and all accessories, user guides, batteries, etc. packed in original packaging and in original product box. All returns will be inspected and products found to be non-conforming will be rejected or subject to an additional 15% restocking fee at FoodSealerShop.com's sole discretion. All returned products will be thoroughly inspected and a determination will be made if eligibility and conforming requirements are met. Please verify the product you are returning meets the above guidelines and qualifies for return to avoid any delay in, or denial of, processing your return. If a non-conforming product is accepted for return, FoodSealerShop.com reserves the right to charge a restocking fee up to 35% at FoodSealerShop.com's sole discretion. Return processing may take up to 14 business days from the time your product is received.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

In the event that the product you are returning does NOT meet the requirements described in this document, we will photograph the merchandise and packaging, and prepare a detailed summary of our determination as to why the return was denied, the product(s) will be deemed not eligible for return and will be returned to you. If FoodSealerShop.com, at our sole discretion, decides to accept a non-qualified item for return, a restocking fee of 35% will be assessed.

Special order items
Items Missing serial number
Returned without notification
Returned more then 60 days after delivery

Back Order Policy

Our purchasing department is second to none in the industry. Our system controls back orders and keeps them to a minimum for your convenience. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. If an item you purchased is backordered, we will contact you with further instructions.

Warranties

All items, if any, are warranted directly by the manufacturers. No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by Food Sealer Shop. FoodSealerShop.com is not responsible for normal wear and tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s). Items which are reported defective within 30 days of receipt will be replaced or a complete refund will be issued. Claims reported after 30 days of receipt for any defects may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Food Sealer Shop.

Shipping Policy

Business Hours

Most Items will ship within 2 to 15 business days. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. Orders will not be processed on weekends or holidays. PLEASE NOTE: If multiple items are purchased they may be shipped seperate from each other due to items being shipped from multiple distributors. You can also track your shipping in Order Tracking on our website. This will allow you to track your product quickly and easily over the internet. All shipping is done via UPS Ground or USPS Mail within the Continental United States only, unless otherwise stated. At this time, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.
All orders shipped within the state of Wisconsin are subject to Wisconsin State Sales Tax of 5.1% which will be automatically calculated into your grand total.

Damaged Goods Policy

All products are inspected before being shipped, but damages may occur during shipping. If product is received damaged, it must be reported to the shipping company –   (UPS, FedEx or USPS)  – within 24 hours and file a claim using the package tracking number. All boxes and packing material must be saved. It is possible that the shipping company may want to inspect these materials. Please notify us of the damage after you have reported the claim to the shipping company. Upon us (foodsealershop.com) receiving credit from the carrier, the product will be re-shipped. Of course if the incorrect product is shipped, or the product is defective, we will correct it.
